I am so greatful. The team at this Enterprise in Mill Creek WA went above and beyond for me. They did all they could to get me a rental last minute on a Friday so I didn't miss my wedding. I met Carson and Francis who were so great. I couldn't be more happy with my experience. I live and work in the area and can't recommend this location enough.

The staff was very nice and worked to make sure I had a vehicle that was clean and comfortable, and as close to the size and style I wanted as possible. I started off with a Ford Explorer that was really a dream to drive and had all the bells and whistles, but was ultimately larger than I needed. I was told when I took it that the fee was being discounted down to the same price as a smaller SUV because that's what I had wanted to rent but they did not have any at the time. A week later I went back and they had gotten a Nissan Rogue which was a little smaller than my car, but was a lot better vehicle to meet my needs and got a lot better gas mileage. When I turned that in and was presented with the bill, I discovered that I now owed $1,100.00. My only car was in the shop or I would not have rented one in the first place, but if there was any discount at all involved, I don't know what it could have been. No discount was indicated on my bill, and no mention of the $100 deposit I had put down that was supposed to be refunded when I turned the car back in.
