Everytime I come to this location in Millcreek, to order a speciality pizza they are out of an ingredient. Tonight was the bbq chicken that i just recieved an advertisement for in the mail. Its tuesday night. One of the busiest nights of the week due to $10 pizza night. The supervisor proceeded to tell be that tgey ate only able to make supple orders once a week on Weds., and the are limited to only 4 bottles a week. If this wasnt bad enough while waiting to place my order the first time, the supervisor was barking out orders to the workers. It was bad enough that another customer commented that she sounded like a dictator. If it wasnt the closest to me I might not return. All I can do is hope that by writing a review they improve.

People working here are friendly and fast. They have no problem with any pizza order and get it made asap. I have had them make me fresh salads on the spot if they are out of the one i want.
All I know is that the staff is amazing at the Mill Creek store. This is my first time trying it, but it looks delicious, so easy. You just pop it in the oven! Grabbed chocolate cookies to bake, cheese sticks, and a family size pizza for under 30 bucks! Devon was the guy taking care of us, and his customer service is so freaking awesome that I am convinced the pizza will be delicious. That's how much customer service matters to me nowadays. Thanks for providing these hungry entrepreneurs with kind service! Keep up the great work and give this man a raise!
