Overpriced units, they say it has alarm but it don't, staff is disrespectful and rude.
very safe and 'sound' storage! always expect the place to be neat and orderly. safe part of the neighborhood plus gated storage is nothing to pass up.

Great Staff Manager Kevin and I believe the assistant managers name is Brandie she's young (mature professional) thin with glasses. Anyways they're all compassionate, empathetic to tenants and every staff member is hardworking and truly a great team. I'll never rent a storage from another facility now that I found Sound Storage in Milk Creek because they make me feel like I'm part of a family there
