Amazing staff, wonderful dentist and hygenist very informative. Clean, comfortable and so supportive. My teens loved their visit. My younger ones are no longer afraid of visiting the dentist. The staff is fast, helpful and so amazing. I think I said that already but after years of taking my kids and them being afraid to hear the words Dentist Appt, it feels good to bring them to the Mill Creek Childrens Dentist office. And thank you for the goodies! :)
The billing staff is unfriendly and unwilling to work with patients. Been taking my 4 kids there for a few years and after billing my insurance the most recent time, they send me a bill for the outstanding balance. Without any consideration for the difficult time my family recently went through, they tossed our bill off to collections and refused to see my kids anymore. This is years after giving them thousands of dollars. They don't care about their patients, it's all about money with them.
I like this office as a whole so much I am willing to drive up North from Seattle!
I really appreciate the assistants mannerisms with my kids, and the Dentist is a great guy who has done good work on my children.
The staff here is exceptional. They were very very patient and comforting. I'm that patient/parent that's asks a thousand questions and they were super cool about it. I would recommend this place over and over.
I don't typically write reviews but I have been going to Millcreek Children's dentistry for 4 years now with my 4 children. One of my kids is severely autistic and Dr. Shenfield is patient and calm with him and never pushes him to do things he's uncomfortable with. My kids love going to the dentist because the hygienists are so friendly and fun. They have always been professional and understanding with my crazy bunch.
