I enjoyed a wonderful, relaxing experience during my appointment with Sandy. I called that day and Lorinda's happily accommodated my schedule. Sandy was professional, congenial & fun to converse with - plus she'd a superb sense of style. I truly felt valued, beautiful and excited about my next visit!

I had been going to a different hair and nail salon for years, too long as it turns out! Both my husband and I tried Lorinda's for hair service and were very pleased! The atmosphere, professionalism and skill were outstanding. I recently used their waxing service and was also very pleased. I plan to get my nails done tomorrow and I'm sure I won't be disappointed. I imagine I will be a customer for years to come the way they make me feel so far.

That person clearly felt bad for me as I looked like a Halloween joke. She tried to rub the dye off of my forehead, ears and neck but couldn't get it all off. Then less than a week later my gray starts to show at the roots. She didn't get close enough to the roots or massage the color in 15 min before washing like I'm used to.

I have been a faithful client of Lorindas Salon Spa Store for about 4 years. I love all of the Ladies and Gent that work there. My stylist is Rachel and she's the bomb! I have also had waxing services and LeeAnn is the best I've ever been to. I would highly recommend their services to anyone!

I got a manicure at Lorinda's a couple of years ago. It was by far the worst manicure I had ever gotten. I felt bad for the manicurist as she told me her life story. I decided not to complain and paid for the expensive yet hideous manicure and moved on. The old shellac was still visible under my new polish, it was a mess. A couple of weeks ago after getting an email from Lorinda's for a birthday coupon for $10 off , I thought I'd give them another try for a completely different service. That was a mistake. I scheduled an appointment to color my roots, straighten & trim my hair. I told the person over the phone that I have a lot of hair. She told me she booked 3 hours. Lies.

So many things went wrong. We agreed on a dark brown and I expressed my concern it would be too dark, it's dark black. The person who applied my color also colored my forehead so it looked like a took a black sharpie and drew myself a new hairline much lower than my actual hairline so that was a fun birthday look.

I told her as the color processed with my hair all over the place and not in a ponytail or bun, (so color got on my neck and ears) that I was worried about my forehead. She said it would be fine. Then she told me she didn't have time and had another person double team me as they blow dried my hair.

First time ever being here. They set me up to have Rachael cut my hair. And she was awesome! super nice and listened to what I wanted to have done. And my hair turned out perfect! We had a lot in common and I didn't feel uncomfortable at all. My old hairstylist moved to cali so I'm glad that I finally found the place and person to go to. I highly recommend going and seeing here ( even though I'm sure all of the girls and men hairstylist are amazing)

The other person pulled my hair so much that I got whiplash and finally tapped out and kindly asked her to please stop hurting me. Then she burned my ear as she straightened my hair and told me she had to go and that someone else would trim my hair.

The prices are comparable to high end salons and they invest time and money in appearance and marketing. Maybe they hire inexperienced employees and send the new clients to them but I paid $100 (after $10 coupon and $25 off because they felt bad for me) to look like an idiot on my birthday. I honestly think they only get good reviews because they only have 1 or 2 people who are good at what they do and because they give coupons for good reviews. I'll never go here again.
