I would like to take a moment to introduce myself my name is Kirsten I am the new store manager and I myself look at reviews while looking for places from restaurants to parks. I can't change the unfortunate disappointment or less then super experience you've had previously but would like you to give me a chance instead to regain the trust and bond I know this salon once had I've worked at the most super of all super cuts for over 10 years in San Diego county and blessed with the most super bosses I could ever imagine and never thought everything that they said and did at the time would get me where I am today, I have hesitated almost a year and at times gave up hope for super cuts in the N.W myself until I realized I could move on or put all my dedication and experience into making (even if one store at a time ) Super cuts what I know and believe in one super experience at a time! And a place where you look forward to seeing us and stop by when your in the area and I have always remembered not just the hair cut you want but your name and through trust becomes a bond quite unique that some don't take time to appreciate and that is you often tell us things nobody else knows. That's trust! I've read the reviews and researched a lot and saddened by it but would like you to please give me a change even if with a call and tell me how I could change your mind. The people in this area are amazing and I feel with a little help and another chance could be a close community! I'm a color specialist, with super power abilities with children men and women of all ages im always up for a challenge and looking for the opportunity to make someone's day a super day! My mother's been going here for a long time, so I figured I'd give it a try. My stylest and I agreed on about taking 5 inches off, I've been growing my hair out for years. She took off TEN. I left in tears without her even drying my hair. DO NOT GO HERE unless a Bob is what you want went you went in for a trim.

Time to start looking for new place to cut hair. Called made appointment. Said I want haircut and tea treatment shampoo, it's that tingling shampoo and you get a scalp massaged . After a haircut Tran , said she has no time for tea treatment for me. Well if no time than no time I guess, every time it's something new , some sort of excuse. If your store offers it , up sells it, you do it , if you don't like doing it find a new job.
Good place for hair cuts, friendly staff and services although scheduling needs to be more organized.
